Heinen’s Inc. stores; which serves various communities throughout Northeast Ohio; opened it's first Chicago area store on August 22, 2012. Heinen's excels at providing world-class customer service while offering the freshest, highest quality foods.  PFDI designed and detailed equipment layouts that are functional and attractive.  Areas included were the Hot & Cold Production Kitchens, Prepared Foods/Deli, Meat & Seafood, Meat Cutting Cooler, Service Bakery, Produce Preparation, Soup & Salad Bars, and a Demonstration Station.
